Fleet Feet's Running 101 10k Training Program Starts April 25th!

 

Fleet Feet Sports Bend's Running 101 10k Training Program is a training program designed to help those who want to train to run a 10k.

Have you completed a 5k and you want to take your running to the next level?  Do you want motivation to get in shape by summer?  This program is for you!

Registration: 

Registration for the Spring 10k program is available now!  Sign up in the store or click here to sign up online!

Group Runs: The group will meet to run or walk every Sunday at 8 a.m.

Dates:  The Spring program meets on Sundays in Spring, dates to be finalized soon.

  • This program is open to runners of all ability levels!! If you have run a 5k (3 miles) before, this is a good program for you.  This is a comfortable, non-intimidating, fun group environment for everyone.  We work hard to make sure that everyone is comfortable. 
  • The Spring 10k training program meets at the same time as the half marathon training program... So, if you sign up for the half marathon program but a nagging injury gets you down, you can switch into the 10k program for the week. Or if you sign up for the 10k program but you are feeling ready to jump ahead to the half marathon training mid-program, no problem!
