Fleet Feet Sports Bend's Running 101 10k Training Program is a training program designed to help those who want to train to run a 10k.
Have you completed a 5k and you want to take your running to the next level? Do you want motivation to get in shape by summer? This program is for you!
Group Runs: The group will meet to run every Sunday at 8 a.m.
Dates: The Spring program meets on Sundays from April 25th through June 20th.

- This program is open to runners of all ability levels!! If you have run a 5k (3 miles) before, this is a good program for you. This is a comfortable, non-intimidating, fun group environment for everyone. We work hard to make sure that everyone is comfortable.
- The Spring 10k training program meets at the same time as the half marathon training program... So, if you sign up for the half marathon program but a nagging injury gets you down, you can switch into the 10k program for the week. Or if you sign up for the 10k program but you are feeling ready to jump ahead to the half marathon training mid-program, no problem!
