Are you having trouble getting motivated to get out and exercise in our "winter" weather? Well here is an opportunity to help keep you motivated throughout our winter months! Here is your chance to claim to be "Winter Warrior Champ 2012!"

What do I do?  Earn points for attending the following activities:

Group Run on Wed. Nights at FF- 3 points

FF Yoga- 3 points

WRP Workout (of any kind)- 3 points

Snowshoe with Laura (Sat.)- 3 points

Rent Snowshoes From FF- 2 points

Participate in the FF Freezer (Feb. 18th 8:30am)- 5 points

Join us for the FF Triathlon Launch (March 10th)- 2 points

Sign up for a Spring Training Program- 2 points

SELF CARE

Healing Bridge 20-30 min FREE Screening (with Fran or Siiri) -2 points

Total Body Chiropractic (Appointment with Dr. Bari)- 2 points

Rock Star Massage (Appointment with Toni)- 2 points

PRIZES: The Prizes get bigger based on your total point amount! All cards must be turned in at Fleet Feet by April 7th for Prizes to be awarded.

Prizes Awarded: 30 pts, 40 pts, 50 pts, 75 points, more than 80 pts..... Our Top Point Earner will be crowned Winter Warrior 2012

Join at any time. We will have a special Winter Warrior Cards that you will carry with you. When you attend each of the events the instructor/coach will initial and date on the back of your card. FF will have cards as well as each of the other Self Care facilities.
