

Dreaming of Spring running? Make plans to take your running to the next level!
This is a good program for you if:
*You want to train to run a half marathon for the first time.
OR
*You have run half marathons and/or marathons in the past and would like to join a group with a running schedule to make training more fun and the race easier to accomplish.
OR
*You love to run all distances but want some motivation and structure for your training.

Registration for the Spring Half Marathon Training Program which starts April 11th is now available. Click here to register online!
Group Runs: The group will meet to run or walk every Sunday at 8 a.m.
Dates: The Spring program meets on Sundays from April 11th through June 20th.

Whether you want to run your first half marathon or you are going for your PR, this program will accommodate everyone and will be a great time!
The Spring half marathon training program meets at the same time as the 10k training program... So, if you sign up for the half marathon program but a nagging injury gets you down, you can switch into the 10k program for the week. Or if you sign up for the 10k program but you are feeling ready to jump ahead to the half marathon training mid-program, no problem!
