Join us on February 18th at 8:30am @ Fleet Feet Sports. This is a 5k/10k fun run and it's FREE!

We are offering a chance to donate gift cards or a cash donation benefiting a local family (the French Family) who has 4 boys from the ages of 3-16 ALL who have Celiac Disease. Their mother left them and the father can only work 15 hrs/week because he has to watch the younger children. Those who have Celiac Disease are allergic to gluten, and as you know gluten free products can be very expensive. With 4 growing boys with this disease they are having a hard time feeding the family. We wanted to do our part to help this local family out by providing them with gift cards for food. If you would like to donate a gift card or a cash donation (we'll turn into gift card) it would be appreciated.

10k course- Start at FF, travel up Galveston/Skyliner, turn left into Phil's Trail, left onto Cascade Highlands Trail and follow back down to Mt. Washington. Get back on Galveston and go back down the hill to FF.
