Fleet Feet Bend offers some great, popular training programs! We have great programs coming that run at various times throughout the year.
5k Training
Our No Boundaries training program is for beginners. If you know someone who would love to run and get in shape but needs a little support, we have the answer. New Balance sponsors this 5k training program which offers structured runs or walks, free New Balance merchandise and great camaraderie. For more info on this program, click here.
10k Training
No Boundaries graduates and all of those who are ready to take their running to the next level will enjoy our Running 101 10k Training program. For more information about this program, click here.

Half Marathon Training
Our half marathon training program takes you to 13.1 in a gradual safe, consistent program. This is a fun way to accomplish a great goal! Click here for more info.
Marathon training
Have you ever wanted to run a marathon? Not sure how to train properly? Our marathon training program (12 weeks) is a gradual, safe, consistent program. The weekly group trail runs minimize the pounding on your body, allowing you to put the mileage in to get you to your goal.
Trail Running 101
Trail Running 101 is a great excuse to get outside and enjoy some Central Oregon trails in the summer. This program has a half marathon or a 10k training option. Click here for more info.
