TRAIN TO RUN A HALF MARATHON

Our half marathon program is an advanced distance training program for runners. This program will prepare you to run a half marathon in 12 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our half marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. To be successful in our half marathon training, you must be able to run or walk/run 3-6 miles without struggling.

 
PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes:
- Saturday Morning organized and coached training Run  
- Wednesday night coached group training run
- Professionally developed daily training schedule

Fall: Happy Girls Half Marathon - In Sister's - Peterson Ridge

Weekly Schedule  

SATURDAY MORNING RUNS: Location will start at Fleet Feet store, we may drive to trail head.  

WEDNESDAY NIGHT RUNS: Location will start at Fleet Feet store.
