Get In Motion Beginning Walking Program is more than just a walking program...  Get In Motion will help participants set health and fitness goals to encourage a lifestyle change in an effort to reduce the risk of diabetes and other diseases.

Each week, participants set goals, receive a structured workout schedule and listen to local nutritionists, chiropractors, doctors and other health and fitness experts to educate them and enable them to make healthy lifestyle decisions.

Group Walks: The group will meet for FIVE Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. for an hour for a discussion on various health and fitness topics and a group walk (starting at 10 minutes the first week and progressing to 30 minutes by the end of the five weeks).

Dates: 1/10/12 through 2/7/12.

* This program is open to people who need close supervision in starting an exercise program.  This is a comfortable, non-intimidating, fun group environment for everyone.  We work hard to make sure that everyone is comfortable.

Cost: $50.00.
