My First Half Marathon

TRAIN TO RUN/WALK A HALF 

Our half  marathon program is an advanced distance training program for runners and walkers. This program will prepare you to run or walk a half in 16-19 weeks in an effective and safe manner. Our half marathon program offers a wide range of pace groups for various abilities. To be successful in our half marathon training, you must be able to run/walk 4-6 miles without struggling. General format would be walk 1 minute and then run for 4 minutes, repeat.   

 
PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes:

- Saturday Morning organized and coached training Run or Walk
- Professionally developed daily training schedule
- Seperate pace groups for runners and walkers
