TRAIN TO RUN A 10K 

Train to RUN a 10k Distance is an 8 week coached program designed specifically to take your run to the next level.  This program is also excellent for those wishing to eventually train for even longer distances because it provides the foundation and knowledge needed to successfully run longer.  Must be able to walk/run a 5k (3.1 miles). 

PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes:
- Two organized and coached training runs (included the Saturday morning coached run)

Weekday Schedule Saturday Schedule

Fleet Feet Sports: Wednesday - 6pm 

SATURDAY MORNING   - 8am  - Fleet Feet Sports
