TRAIN TO RUN A 5K

Fleet Feet's 5K program is a coached & organized group training program aimed at those who are coming off the couch or have successfully completed a 5K and wish to learn to run or improve on over all outcome. Your goal event is a 5K race (3.1 miles) and your race registration fee is INCLUDED in your training fee!  Fleet Feet has over 10 years of experience in offering a "couch to 5K" learn to run program and the continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal.  

 
PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes
- Two weekly organized and coached training runs 
- Goal Race (Race Fee Included in Registration Price)
Free table massages by Synergy Wellness

Fleet Feet Sports: Wednesday - 6pm
