

Come join our Wednesday Weekly Runs - All are welcome! We start at 6 p.m. and usually will run between 3-5 miles. We have two "run leaders." One group is in the 10+ Min/Mile pace and the other is around 8-9 min/mile pace.
These are mellow runs and NO ONE should be intimidated. We would just love to have you come out and join the fun and learn some new running routes. Weekly runs are free and fun and social. We'd love to have you come by!
Okay, please tell me that some of you are like us….. You’ve wanted to try out yoga but are as stiff as a branch on a dead tree and don’t want to embarrass yourselves at a yoga studio. You also want to make sure that you are getting a workout that will complement your running or walking program.
Rebecca Hibbard from Juniper Fitness is offering a Vinyasa Yoga class to help you add strength, flexibility, and balance to your training regimen. This yoga program will help you, the runner, walker or athlete, become more efficient and injury free in your training.
So we move the racks and make space every Sunday at 6 p.m. and Wednesday at 7 p.m. Yoga for Athletes is a $5 drop-in fee.
Like our yoga program, we have put together a strength training program tailored specifically for you, the walker or runner. This is a drop in $5 program. Cynthia Ratzman is a fantastic personal trainer from Accelerated Fitness who is offering a customized program for you to increase your strength and improve your sports performance. Give it a try. We promise you'll feel it the next day. Monday nights at 6 p.m.

Hot Chocolate Runs: Second Sunday of the month, Nov - Feb, at Shevlin Park, 9 a.m.
