No Boundaries Early Spring program is April 3rd - May 29th

No Boundaries is a fantastic program that is open to everyone! The goal is to get "off the couch" and train to walk or run a 5k in 9 weeks.  You can do it!  We can help.  It's always a fun, easy-going group and we have a good time getting in shape!

The Spring program is the official training program for the Heaven Can Wait 5k.

Running 101 10k Training and half marathon training begin in april!

Our Half Marathon Training Program is for people who want to train for a half marathon in a fun group with structured runs and great camaraderie.

Monday $5 Strength Training for Athletes at 6 pm. This is a great class to get you in shape for summer. Cynthia Ratzman is here from Accelerated Fitness.  Regardless of your ability, Cynthia works us all hard and it feel great afterwards.

Wednesday Weekly Headlamp Runs at 6 pm - 2 pace groups, lots of fun for all abilities! Free

Yoga for Athletes $5 drop-in Wednesdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 6 p.m. Rebecca Hibbard teaches this vinyasa yoga class designed specifically to increase your strength for your outdoor sports.

Like Butter

One of the Fleet Feet gang was at a popular breakfast restaurant in town recently when she overheard the table next to her talking about Fleet Feet.  One woman said to her friends something to the effect of "You should check out Fleet Feet.  It was great.  They put me on the treadmill and watched me walk on the video.  My new shoes are like butter."

What a great compliment!!! We want your new shoes to be like butter, too.
