Brooks Run Happy 10K Training- registration is available online and in the store!

Fall is the best time to run in Bend... Cool nights and temperate, beautiful days! Take advantage of it and learn to run your first 10K. Brooks Run Happy 10K program teaches you how to build your endurance so you can run a 10K at the end of eight weeks.  The program meets at either Fleet Feet or different trails around Bend each week. Enjoy the beautiful sunshine and Bend's amazing scenery while you get in shape for a great race... not a bad plan. Program begins October 2 and meets on Saturday mornings at 8:30 a.m. through November.

No Boundaries 5k Training, Part VI - Sign up now in the store or online!

No Boundaries 5k training begins October 2. Get motivated to tackle a running or walking program and train for the Turkey Trot in the wonderful Fall season. This program meets on Saturday mornings at 8:30 October 2 through November 20. This program is fun and inspiring.

Like Butter

One of the Fleet Feet gang was at a popular breakfast restaurant in town recently when she overheard the table next to her talking about Fleet Feet.  One woman said to her friends something to the effect of "You should check out Fleet Feet.  It was great.  They put me on the treadmill and watched me walk on the video.  My new shoes are like butter."

What a great compliment!!! We want your new shoes to be like butter, too.
